Cheers Douglas, I got this

Cheers Douglas,

I got this where I got several GS a few weeks back and thought it was another. Itd be good to know which Lacanobia but maybe not possible? I'll look at other pics to see if theres any worth sharing.

Cathal.

Douglas, Going by the extreme

Douglas,

Going by the extreme rarity (only 2 questionable old records) of Beautiful Brocade in N Ireland, I think this is much more likely to be Pale Shouldered Brocade- a frequently recorded species this far north.

Beautiful Brocade appears to be much better recorded in southern-most Ireland. A few pics of PSB I have viewed online seem more like my moth also, I will attach another pic, maybe it will help??

Thanks,

Cathal.
