Nice green palps, would they help to id it.
There is a Jumping Spider Heliophanus flavipes listedin the FSC AIDGAP Guide to House & Garden Spiders, it is shown with green legs & palps.
.. but H. flavipes and H. cupreus are very similar
Thanks Alan - Roberts shows flavipes with green legs and palps and a palp shape similar to the picture and cupreus with darker legs and palps and more hooked palps
Hi pirayaguara, you must have a different Roberts to me. I've the 1993 3 vol version and though it illustrates both species it only shows the body, not the legs, of cupreus. Does your Roberts show females because in mine cupreus is a male and they are darker. However, the text does say the legs of flavipes lack the dark streaks of cupreus, suggesting the former.
The drawings of palps (is that what you mean?) are of adult males - your spider is a female.
Mine is the 1995 HarperCollins - it shows a female flavipes and a male cupreus
