Good spot. Even looking at my books again I couldn't be sure either way!
As chrisQi says, the jizz of the bird says Robin. Long legs, large eye and bright plumage all point to Robin. Dunnock would be squatter, smaller eye and far more grey in the plumage, with dark steaks. Dunnock would not have those lovely bright buffy edges to the wing feathers. Have a look at a juvenile Dunnock...
