Are they stink bug nymths? I don't think they'll do your tomatoes any good!

They look like Shieldbug

They look like Shieldbug nymphs (Family: Pentatomidae). Have a look at these:

Shieldbug

Thanks for reply, the consensus seems to be Shieldbug. I suppose I should have grown them on, but I put them in the garden after photographing them. Shieldbugs are common round here, apart from spoiling the taste of the odd Raspberry, I look on them as harmless.
