The photo has two cream shaving brushes (tufts) and two Brown, should it not have four cream,sorry to question your id Chris but I think it is something very similar but don't know which or can you get variation in the colour

Chirs is correct. This is Vapourer, early instar. The tufts will all become cream/yellow as it grows and moults.
