Reasonable intervention

This has been dormant for far too long. I have only recently taken a more serious interest in Narine Fish posts.
Dark dorsal fin, dark tail, 2" and small shoal.
I do not think these are Mullet but I do not know what they are either - it's always a difficult call from one distant picture.
But I have proposed an ID that is, perhaps, more filling. In any case it now has a Likely Banner. It also appear in my Marine Fish Project
Maybe others will come and add some proper wisdom.
See http://www.ispotnature.org/node/302483 for a reasonable likeness
