No interactions present.

My first thought was also mites, but I couldn't see any legs, even in the highest resolution pictures and the globules do look rather fluid.
This would be easy to check if the phenomenon is still there, and if it is not it was probably mites!
On reflection, and taking another look, mites is more probable.
I have just checked, and the phenomenon has gone.
Mite is Right then!
