probably not, try Bombus lucorum., B.terrestris,B. hortorum or their Cuckoo bees.There appears to be 13 segments to the antena that is in focus which would make it a male, and their colour patterns don't always follow the females, facial tuft colour can seperate some sp.
Cuckoo bumles with the white tails tend to have the abdominal yellow band adjacent to the white segments, in some sp the yellow band may be broken.
Not in males, and not in some females either. Not an easy group.
