Colin, why add a second and identical ID some 30 minutes later ?

When I looked earlier and agreed with Colins ID your earlier ID was not showing Chris?! It has suddenly appeared but was obviously posted before Colins....
'I'm as sure as I can be'
Thanks Richard, that would explain it, those Gremlins !! Regards Chris.
When I opened the Ob there was no ID there - I spent about 10 mins checking my Specimen Images to be Certain and posted ( with the obs ready opened and to confirm) I suspect you did the same and the obs reached the i-spot server at times in between initially opening the original post
The point Chris in any case- is two people have independently arrived at the same ID - Good News for Keith I think as he now can be reasonabley certain that its bang on.
As aside hope to bump into you at Rodley soon Richard - it seems to have gone from strength to strength
Best Wishes & Whatever the Post - Happy Snapping :-)

Thanks Colin, I thought it odd at the time but down to a glitch in the system somewhere. Regards Chris
No problem Hope you are having a good Damsel Run at the moment I have a rather odd Blue tail (I think ) which is red around the head - likely fresh ????) will post shortly
To be honest I'm struggling a bit on the Odonata front. Numbers massively down from previous years, although I have captured most of those species that are out but I've had to work hard for those good shots. Lets hope things pick up. Regards Chris
It is really coming on Colin and each year I see more and more new species although (as with everyone else) the Odonata is a bit scarce at the moment. It would be great to see you down there and share a bit of your knowledge, I wont be hard to miss, I'll be the guy mooching about poking my lens into the hedgerows and bushes getting a good nettling... Or failing that, falling into one of the ponds!
Likewise Richard , I am sure too you would enjoy Cromwell, its a jungle out there at the moment , have fun Summer would'nt be summer without a stingy Nettle :-)
Best Wishes & Happy Snapping
