Hi Douglas, I did look for the brown crown but could not really see it, on a blow up there is a tiny tuft but no where near as much as is usually expected.

Yes, I think it's quite worn.
The wing colour and length of antennae also suggest this species.
However the easiest clue is that rufimitrella lives on Cuckoo flower. A. reaumurella would not just happen to be resting on such flowers - they tend to hang around trees or flying higher than rufimitrella.
