Description:

2 very large bird of prey wich were circling above my head way up in the sky. Not flapping their wings. They were attacked by some seaguls (about 6 of them)and after about 10 minutes the first one left, a few minutes later followed by the other one. I was unable to see any colour because of the hight and backlight.

Not a sea-eagle of any sort

Not a sea-eagle of any sort (wrong shape of wings and tail), though it looks a bit like a Golden Eagle. However, it does not look like Goldie habitat, and certainly not its range. Since we can't see what the gulls are, I would not be too surprised if it was a Buzzard just looking big in comparison.
