Unidentified Fungi

Small, clustered fungi, cap size from pinead to 1cm across, observed again a week later to find only change was to get dryer and more orangey in colour. Please help me ID this! :o)

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

Too small for Honey Fungus

Too small for Honey Fungus, appear to be amongst chipped bark or wood-chip mulch.
They have resemble small puff-balls to me.

Yes they do seem too small

Yes they do seem too small for honey fungus but there is clearly so much of it that i suspect it will come out again perhaps in the autumn when it gets damp again. check if it does develop further.
