I would say it is Anisantha sterilis.
A. diandra is know from the same hectad as this record and where it grows it can be quite abundant. Anisantha diandra is not well known by recorders and yet it is spreading rapidly along the east coast.
Also known as sterile brome, an extremely common species often found at the edge of paths and by hedgerows.
