Description:

Very striking wasp with three yellow bands on the abdomen and note the single yellow spot at the rear of the thorax. Yellow legs.

The Eumenidae have

The Eumeninae have longitudinally folded wings (like the social wasps and others in the Vespidae), unlike the Crabronidae (like this one). Gorytes/Argogorytes is correct, I think, on the distribution of cells.
