Description:

Quite extra-odinary pile of stored / eaten nut shells found within a tarpaulin covered pile of wood off-cuts. The collecting event time would ba approx 5 months.
I would appreciate knowing what creature, how many creatures and where so many nut shells came from. Many thanks

Wood mouse

The rough chewed holes indicate wood mouse; also where they were found. Correction - a very fat wood mouse! Actually will be a family.
