Confidence: It's likely to be this, but I can't be certain.
Notes: As has been said, there are similar species. It helps to look at mandibles in the field, as this will show up ruficornis & striata. In practice, large brightly coloured (lots of yellow on abdomen)specimens like this are almost certain to be flava (or the rare signata with basal yellow band totally unbroken). The others show up as smaller with abdomen predominantly red.
