I think this is probably a

I think this is probably a Devil's Coach Horse (Ocypus olens) larva, but I don't know for sure (I've never found one of these myself). Beetle larvae in this family have 5 leg segments and a single foot claw - you can't quite see this for sure in the pic.

There is definitely a single foot claw but I think I can only see four leg segments
