A bit like a dock bug, but shape and leg colour different and it looks perfect for Syromastus rhombeus which seems to be scarce in the UK and according to this site is only found as far north as the Breckland, but seems they've pushed on up to the North Norfolk coast at least! http://www.eimagesite.net/s3/gst/run.cgi?page=s3_insecta_S_Syromastus_rh...
