Hi abrownlow, and welcome to iSpot. Not sure why this observation got uploaded so many times, did something go wrong when you were adding it? Might be best to delete the duplicates - just click on the Edit tab, above, and you should be able to delete them.
It's a solitary bee, in genus Andrena I think. The antennae are too long and straight to be a fly. Someone else may be able to suggest a species.
