Help required

It looked like a Harlequin at first glance but the size has got me thinking 10-spot which is a very variable ladybird, help required please, I'm erring towards a small Harlequin now.

If it helps top of leg black then halfway down turns to brown

Size

The melanic Harlequins that I have seen are smaller than the other types.
