Confidence: It's likely to be this, but I can't be certain.
Notes: LOL, I like the idea of "the" fruticose lichen. If only ... However, while it is difficult to be sure from the photograph, it looks more likely to be Evernia, which is a much branched foliose species (distinct upper and lower surfaces, while fruticose lichens have a single cortex, even if the branches are flattened, as in Ramalina.) The associated species here, Xanthoria parietina (damp and greenish) and Physcia suggest nitrogen deposition, and Everna prunastri copes with such conditions better than Ramalina spp.
