Pretty certain H.pendulus

More than the bottom third of the hind femur looks pale so umlikely to be H. hybridus

Male

Most importantly, perhaps, it is a male, with eyes parallel atop the head. The dark band before the apical margin of tergite 2 then rules out hybridus. The colour of the hind tibia comes in more importantly with females.
