Yellow apothecia are Caloplaca holocarpa agg. (C. holocarpa or C. oasis); black apothecia probably Lecidella stigmatea.

I see the habitat information is now added. Yes, concrete posts are just the thing for L. albescens.
More associated species - the right hand photograph has been posted at hi res I see, and blowing it up to max size, we can see that some of the Lecanora apothecia are of L. dispersa (darker discs and whiter margins, any thallus immersed in the concrete surface), and the yellow discs in the right hand photograph are a Candelariella, most likely C. aurella.
