Metallic Long-legged fly

Definitely a dolichopodid, maybe Dolichopus or Poecilobothrus nobilitatus (males of these have white wing tips, which they flick while courting on water surfaces, but I think this is a female.)

No probs. I got some pics of P nobilitatus courting with the males wing-flicking, but females are tougher to be sure of!
