6 petalled flowers on widely branching petioles growing amongst grass. Flowers just over an inch across.

This is indeed O. angustifolium as was so named, but current treatment (Sell & Murrell; Stace ed 3) is to regard it as a subspecies of O. umbellatum - i.e. O. umbellatum subsp. campestre.

I did look at that and decided to duck it.
It looks to me like a malformed true Spanish Bluebell (Hyacinthoides hispanica), but I decided not to put the idea foward. It could be that, though.
