Orange bottom diptera-for-ID

Tiny little fly feeding from a Pulmonaria officinalis native plant in the garden. It was so small and had a very distinctive orange coloured bottom.

Making an attempt to ID my own query

As I had just finished photographing beeflies when I took this shot I forgot to mention that it seemed to have a long nose.

I'm now wondering if this is Rhingia campestris?

Gardening naturally down by a Scottish Lade.
