I am currently on holiday and do not have handy the references to take this to species level. It is a damselfly larvae and someone may be able to narrow it down further.

I'm not convinced that it's possible to take the ID any further, except to say that it's in the Coenagrionidae family.
(If I was pushed I'd say that it may well be a Blue-tailed Damselfly larva.)
