It might be Early Purple Orchid (Orchis mascula)

According to Rose's Wild

According to Rose's Wild Flower Key; if the blotches are arranged
lengthwise then it's Early-purple, if they're transverse (as in this case),
then they're Common Spotted or Heath Spotted.
