Confidence: It's likely to be this, but I can't be certain.
Notes: All black antennae with segments enlarging towards tip. Matches images I've taken of this species (also known as Abia lonicerae) confirmed on a specialist hymenopteran site. http://www.ispot.org.uk/node/240034 Feeds on honeysuckle and snowberry. A. aenea seems to be very similar, but is very very rare (one UK record I believe) and has some red on antennae.
