Yes, good tries. But a close look at the main stem, thick, flattened-oval and colour suggests this is Egg wrack. Note it even has eggs (bless Jo.).
This is a battered specimen but does NOT have the structure of either the other proposals.

Now we have to await an agreements to shift Likelihood and get the right Other Observations
