not first time today i seem to be not judging size very well.. will have to re look at a ruler
dont think this is fascipennis for the following reason as the wings are rather narrow and angled more impotartantly the transparent / opaque white band accross the width of the wing is not evident - there is some reflection along the wing vein open to correction and its is hard to judge the relative length of ovipositor which is short in fascipennis In this specimen the dark pterostigma area is at the edge of the wing where in fascipennis it is just within the wing and of course is adjacent the band which traverses the wing width
