It could well be intermedius. The angle is not great, though, as it is tending to make the rear upperparts look darker than they actually are, I think. For that reason, I would be happier leaving it at L. fuscus.

Intermidius usually has a darker back than this bird. I would say this bird is a Lesser Black-backed Gull of the subspecies graellsii. I don't think there has ever been a accepted record of fuscus (Baltic Gull) in Britain, though there has been a few recent claims.
