Hi John, I do think is is an Otter but it is really difficult to id from the print.I will try but I am not that good at explaining things.It is best of you have a series of prints then you can tell if it was walking,galloping or bounding as the print can look different in each case also ground if soft,hard ect,width between stride too.It does look as if it has five toes. I got a book years ago on Mammals of Britain,their tracks,trails and signs by M.J Lawrence and R.W Brown and it is excellent for mammal id.
Hope I have not made things more confusing.
