Great tit at a garden feeder.
No interactions present.
RSPB recommend that you don't use string bags. Seemingly the birds sometimes get caught up.
Has anyone found birds trapped?
I've never actually seen any birds caught in string bags (even though I had been using them for a number of years), but it was for that reason that I stopped using them last year, when the potential for harm was brought to my attention. I suppose if you eradicate as much potential dangers as possible, and use the safer alternatives, it makes for a happier garden all round.
