I'm not too sure on this but the white hairs on the very hairy legs make me think this could be a male Hairy-footed Flower Bee but I'm open to correction.

Males are predominately black and shiny. Which leads me to think female.

You are right, my mistake. They have just today turned up on our patch of lungwort in the garden. First this year. One male and one female
