Description:

This photo was taken by a friend of a friend. I couldn't work out what it was, and neither could I persuade her to join iSpot to add it herself. So I've added it.
It was seen in a pond in Essex. Apparently there were black-headed gulls in the pond. I'm afraid I don't know much more than that.
