This is I believe the Willow Emerald Damselfly which was known as Lestes viridis however the Latin name has been updated to Chalcolestes viridis and hence why other posts are not appearing on the carousel.

Current thinking seems to be leaning more towards rejecting Chalcolestes as a valid genera and again including viridis (and parvidens) within Lestes.
There is still not agreement on this though, and some authors do still seem to prefer Chalcolestes, the name that was given by Kennedy in 1920, based on larval differences.
The identification is correct though (but I would call it Lestes viridis).
