Your image shows well the two prominent eyes that I thought were a feature of all jumping spiders. However, Pseudoeuophrys lanigera, which I believe is classed as a jumping spider, appears to have four eyes - that are also smaller(My iSpot post of 14th March 2012). Can one infer from this nuances of different behaviour between these two species?
