The spring tides on March 10th exposed areas around the extreme low tide mark that are rarely accessible. Under every rock were dozens of these beautiful little crustaceans.

No, according the Handbook of the Marine Fauna of North-west Europe by Hayward and Ryland all the species in the genus Galathea have 3 or 4 spines along each side of the rostrum.
