Scientific names should be reversed ,minor detail ,sorry.
The wing-bar, formed by the buff tips of the greater coverts, is typical of cabaret; Common Redpoll (flammea) would have a white wing bar, in comparison. The base colour of the mantle is also brown, and would be colder-toned on flammea.
