My best guess

I feel Xysticus lanio is the most likely for this spider but can't personally rule out Ozyptila, so can't agree to your suggested ID, sorry. The eye distribution and presence of spatulate hairs aren't clear, but there may be enough in the photo for someone to ID it to genus (?)
