Description:

Found on an apple tree in a fork between branches.
The tree is in a south facing garden.

Identifications

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

Can't tell

I can't tell from this photo, but if it is Evernia it is foliose because it has different upper and lower surfaces (grey-green above and white beneath).
