Female?

Looks rather bright (though light is obscured at front end)...are you sure it is not a male? Looks to have dull juvenile greater covert still, so born last year, probably.

They where feeding as a pair . I have just done a quick download and staight up from the camera but looking at the image again you could be right

Male or female?

I did a 'Double take' a fraction of a second after 'I agreed'. I suddenly thought,"Hang on a second - did he say 'female'" and had to go back for a second look. All I can say is She must be - Oh, how can I put this? - 'a bit of a cross-dresser'?
