Yes, I agree on pertinax, even though one of the front tarsi looks a bit dark. It cannot be tenax, as the hind tibia on that species is dark, looks swollen in the middle and has a fringe of longish, dark hairs. The pale base to the hind tibiae on this specimen rules out tenax, then.
