Furry/Hairy 2cm long caterpillar

Description:

This caterpillar was found on a jumper inside the house and we have no idea of what it is or where it's come from. All we know is that it's about 2cm long, has orange & white hairy spines and a black body. New to me.

I think your caterpillar might be a Ruby Tiger moth caterpillar, but one which is missing quite a lot of its hairy coat.
