Description:

The upper is wavy-edged and funnel shaped, tough this may not be its normal state as this particular specimen was frozen solid.
The underside has slightly forked gills which I think were running from the thick, cylindrical stipe.
It, and a couple similar to it, were on a long-dead tree stump but I'm not sure what kind of tree it once was as there was very little bark left on it and no sign of leaf litter.
