I think S complicatum is a synonym for S hirsutum, which I agree this might be. It isn't obviously hairy though. Other ideas are S subtomentosum which Michael Jordan describes as much larger than other Stereums but I can't many other references to it, or Trametes versicolor, but this usually has white pores and I think I can see a glimpse of ochre/brown in the photo. So weighing it all up, I'd plump for S hirsutum, like you. I suggest you add Stereum hirsutum as a revised ID then you'll see the other observations of this species.
