Shrike...for the benefit of us mere mortal gull watchers, do you want to run through why this is a Kumlien's and not an 'ordinary' Iceland. A lot of people would be interested, I think.
Did you get a flight shot as well? It would be interesting to see the primary colour when the wing is spread.

The primaries on this individual, while not pure white are not as dark as some other individuals which have been seen /photographed - perhaps it is an intergrade between Iceland Gull and Kumlien's Gull.
It certainly would be helpful to see any flight shots of this individual
I didn't manage any flight shots though I did see brownish centres to the outer primary feathers. There's some great photos of the bird here:
