Possibly a Ramalina although these are green/grey in uk.

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

I don't think we get this exotic-looking beast in the UK. I can't suggest a genus, but it has erect, tubular branches, not the strap-like lobes typical of a Ramalina.

A good match to Mike's photos, but is it correctly named? It was this that led to my first identification of tinctoria, but maybe what is shown here is tuberculata?
