Thanks it did look very familiar, the only thing I was not so sure about was those little bobbly bits round the holes in the lungwort. Did not remember seeing those in the UK versions but I probably was not looking hard enough or misremembering.
It can produce soredia and isidia (both asexual reproductive structures). The spiky bits are isidia, but not always seen - in fact, it might be the case that they aren't often seen in the UK. I wonder.
